Bethany and I were starting to get really frustrated with the housing search b/c of our previous realtors. We were first time home buyers in 2013, and what was supposed to be the most exciting time of our life, was turning into a nightmare. She was very honest and up front about her own listing, telling us it was not what we were looking for based on criteria we provided. Molly is not a realtor looking to make a quick dollar, but someone who befriends you, takes your wants and desires into consideration, and shows properties based on search criteria, not junk hoping to sell you on it. In 30 days, she hosted 3 open houses, had an offer that we accepted. Everyone said buying and selling at the same time was a disaster, which at times it was. However, thanks to Molly, the process was quick, and not half the stress we could have endured.

I received excellent advice on how to present the home. I was provided a comprehensive project plan on how to sell the home, including contingency planning in case we didn't get an immediate offer. We did receive an immediate offer however. Molly was very positive and attentive, it made the sale much easier.
